ABOUT PROJECT CURB APPEAL.
We’re Stacey Santos and Megan DeMarco, local realtors with a shared passion for community, homeownership, and giving back. Over the years, we’ve seen how a little exterior TLC can do more than boost curb appeal—it can restore pride, uplift families, and inspire entire neighborhoods. That’s why we launched Project Curb Appeal—a mission to help homeowners in need by providing essential exterior improvements like painting, landscaping, fence repairs, front door replacements, and more.
Our goal is simple: to make a meaningful difference, one home at a time. With the support of volunteers, generous donors, and partnerships with local businesses, we believe small changes can lead to big transformations—for both individual families and the community as a whole.
How you can help:
-
Volunteer your time or skills – From planting to painting, every helping hand counts.
-
Make a donation – We are currently becoming an official 501(c)(3) nonprofit, so your contributions can soon be tax-deductible.
-
Are you a local business? We’d love to collaborate! Whether you can offer materials, services, or financial support, your involvement helps us make an even greater impact.
-
Nominate someone! Know a homeowner who could use a little extra help improving their curb appeal? Tell us their story — we’re looking for deserving individuals or families who would benefit from a front yard transformation. Nomination form is available here
Together, we can build more than curb appeal—we can build community.
